Descriptions on specifications of high temperature brazed diamond products
The specifications are composed with five sets code names.
The first set is for classifications of the product: QM----grinding type, QJ----cutting type, QZ----drilling type. The numbers after the code name is for the numbers of brazed diamond layers.
The second set is for the size of the product: diameter x thickness x width (thickness of the core plate or length).
The third set is for type of the arbor : B means the threaded arbor with adaptor and its size, T means the non-threaded arbor and its size.
The fourth set is for the grade of diamond: AA, A , B, C.
The fifth set is for the size of the diamond: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 etc..
